Bohemia Retains Michelin Star for 21st Year, Marking Culinary Milestone
Jersey’s Bohemia restaurant has once again secured its place among the culinary elite, retaining its Michelin star for the 21st consecutive year.
Located at The Club Hotel and Spa in St. Helier, Bohemia remains the only Michelin-starred restaurant in the Channel Islands and is one of just 19 establishments in the UK to have held the prestigious award for so long.
Head chef Callum Graham, who has now led the kitchen to five consecutive Michelin-star wins, expressed his pride in the achievement. “I’m especially delighted for the team, whose dedication and passion shine through every day,” he said. “Maintaining a Michelin star for a 21st year is truly remarkable.”

The recognition follows another accolade in December when Bohemia was named among the UK’s top 50 restaurants by Harden’s Guide, which bases its rankings on diner feedback.
For Graham, this year’s Michelin ceremony held special significance, as it took place near his hometown of East Kilbride. “Being invited is always special, but this one feels even more meaningful,” he noted.
Lawrence Huggler, managing director of The Club Hotel and Spa, praised the entire team’s hard work. “Earning Michelin star status is always an incredible achievement and a true reflection of the quality and dedication that defines Bohemia,” he said.
To celebrate the milestone, Bohemia has plans to honor 21 years of world-class dining, showcasing the best of Jersey and French produce, with further details to be announced soon.
