Some staff at Jersey airport have taken voluntary redundancy after they were asked to re-apply for their jobs.
Ports of Jersey have re-organised the way some staff work, with anyone who deals with the public, for example security staff and other assistants, now coming under the same department.
The department claimed it would make the airport more efficient and better for travellers.
Those people who chose not to apply for the new roles have received redundancy packages.
It said that fewer than ten people have chosen to leave.
