A major funder of charitable organisations in the Channel Islands has announced a significant shift in how it allocates its grants. Lloyds Bank Foundation revealed that from 2026 onward, all charities will be eligible to apply for unrestricted funding, giving them the flexibility to direct the money to whichever areas of their work need it most, provided it aligns with their charitable purpose. The foundation reported distributing a record £1.3m across the islands this year.
