Driver Escapes Serious Injury After Car Overturns in Sion

A car has overturned on La Grande Route de St Jean in Sion, prompting the temporary closure of the road while recovery teams clear the scene.

Eyewitnesses said the driver managed to climb out of the vehicle unaided and was able to walk following the crash. No other vehicles were involved in the incident.

Emergency services confirmed there were no serious injuries, but the driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
