Upgrades Underway at Millbrook Water Park to Boost Comfort and Security

Enhancement works are underway this week at the popular Millbrook water park, with new features being added to improve the visitor experience.

The project includes the installation of shaded areas to offer relief from the sun, as well as new changing huts to make the space more convenient for families. CCTV cameras are also being introduced in a bid to deter vandalism and enhance safety on site.

While a section at the rear of Coronation Park will be temporarily closed during the works, the Splashpad will remain open as usual.

In a statement, the government said the upgrades are intended to "support family-friendly facilities and provide better on-site amenities," adding that the improvements demonstrate a continued effort to keep Coronation Park a “welcoming and safe space for all visitors.”

The work is expected to be completed within two weeks.
