Royal Navy to Bring Exciting Exhibits to 2025 Jersey Boat Show
The 2025 Barclays Jersey Boat Show is set to feature a range of Royal Navy exhibitions and vehicles, offering visitors an up-close look at some of its cutting-edge equipment. Taking place in St Helier from 3 to 5 May, the annual event will showcase a variety of yachts and watercraft, alongside interactive displays from the Royal Navy.
One of the standout attractions will be the Royal Navy’s dive tank, where expert divers will demonstrate their skills in underwater operations. Also on display will be the Viking Personnel Armoured Vehicles, designed for intelligence gathering and combat operations across extreme environments, including jungles, deserts, and the Arctic.
New Military Displays and Entertainment
This year’s show will introduce several new exhibits, including a landing craft vehicle and two combat raiding crafts, adding to the already impressive military showcase. Beyond the naval displays, the entertainment village at Weighbridge Place will offer performances from local artists, ensuring a lively atmosphere throughout the weekend.
Paul Savery, Managing Director and Head of Crown Dependencies at Barclays, expressed pride in the bank’s continued support of the event. “This vibrant show not only brings together the local Channel Islands community but also attracts participants from around the world,” he said. “With a diverse range of exhibitors and activities both on and off the water, it truly is a unique celebration.”
Jersey’s Harbour Master, Captain Bill Sadler, highlighted the event’s broad appeal: “The Barclays Jersey Boat Show has become a much-anticipated fixture on the calendar, with something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming visitors once again.”
With an exciting mix of maritime displays, military exhibitions, and entertainment, the 2025 Jersey Boat Show promises to be a must-visit event for enthusiasts of all ages.
