Jersey’s government-owned housing provider has reported its most successful year to date, delivering a record number of affordable homes in 2025.

According to its latest annual report, Andium Homes completed 363 new affordable properties over the year and supported 583 new tenancies. The organisation now manages more than 5,100 homes, providing housing to over 10,000 island residents.

The company also continued to assist aspiring homeowners through its Andium Homebuy Scheme, which enables first-time buyers to purchase properties at 75% of their market value.

Chief Executive Lindsay Wood said the achievements reflected a strong commitment to residents and communities across the island. She described 2025 as a standout year, highlighting not only development milestones and financial stability but also the tangible impact on people’s lives.

“We’ve been able to offer more islanders a place to call home, while building stronger communities and maintaining a resilient business during challenging economic conditions,” she said.

In addition to expanding its housing stock, Andium Homes returned £29m to the Government of Jersey in dividends. The provider also confirmed that around 500 more affordable homes are either under construction or in the pipeline, signalling continued growth in the years ahead.
