Not On The High Street Suspends Channel Islands Deliveries

Not On The High Street has apologised to customers after temporarily suspending deliveries to the Channel Islands, citing changes to international shipping and customs rules.
The online marketplace said it had made the decision following recent updates to international shipping and customs regulations.
The retailer, which provides a platform for thousands of independent businesses, said continuing deliveries under the new requirements could lead to delays and unexpected customs charges for customers.
A spokesperson said the company had therefore decided to pause deliveries rather than risk compromising the service it provides.
Not On The High Street said it was working to find a long-term solution and hoped to resume deliveries to the Channel Islands as soon as possible.
Customers affected by the change have been advised to contact the company's customer service team through its online support hub.
Members of the retailer's NOTHS&More service in the Channel Islands were also told they could claim a full refund on their membership.
The company apologised to customers for the disruption and said it understood the disappointment caused by the temporary suspension.
The spokesperson said: "Rather than compromise on the level of service we are able to provide, we have paused shipping while we actively work to find a viable long-term resolution as soon as possible."
