Liberation Group Revamps Loyalty Scheme with 3% Rewards on All Purchases

Liberation Group has updated its customer loyalty programme, introducing a revised rewards structure that it says will make the scheme simpler and more beneficial for customers.

Under the changes, members will receive rewards equivalent to 3% of their spending on food, drinks and accommodation at the group's venues across the Channel Islands.

The new arrangement replaces the previous system, which offered 5% back on food purchases and 2% on drinks.

Existing members will continue to have access to a range of additional promotions, including double points on drinks purchased between 4pm and 7pm on weekdays.

Other benefits include 25% off food on Wednesdays, alongside special offers available during customers' birthday month.

The changes follow a similar move by rival hospitality operator Randalls earlier this year.

In March, Randalls revised its own loyalty scheme, reducing the maximum reward rate from 20% to 10%, while its standard reward rate was cut from 10% to 5%.

The latest changes bring Liberation Group's rewards structure into a single rate across food, drink and accommodation spending.
