Cyclist Seriously Injured in St Helier Collision
A cyclist has sustained serious injuries following a collision with a car in St Helier, according to the States of Jersey Police.
The incident occurred on Monday afternoon at the junction of La Route du Fort and Roseville Street.
In a statement, police said: “The cyclist has very serious injuries and is being taken to hospital.”
Emergency services attended the scene, and the road was temporarily closed in both directions to allow for investigation and treatment.
An appeal for witnesses is expected to follow as police continue inquiries into the circumstances of the crash.
