Parish officials in St Saviour, Jersey, have reported the theft of eight road signs, believed to have been stolen for their resale value. The signs, primarily made of aluminum, cost between £250 and £300 each to produce.
The stolen signs were taken from several locations, including Mont de la Rosiere, La Rue de Deloraine, La Rue de la Parade, La Rue des Pigneaux, La Rue de la Commune, New York Lane, and two from Le Mont es Neaux.
The States of Jersey Police are investigating the thefts and have urged anyone with information to come forward by contacting officers or Crimestoppers.
