Jersey-French Ferry Service Expands with Additional Crossings

Jersey's ferry schedule to France is being enhanced with more crossings, catering to both freight and day-trippers.

DFDS, the company selected by Jersey's government in December to manage the island’s ferry services, has adjusted its schedule for routes to and from St. Malo. These modifications were made following consultations with tourism businesses and island residents to increase freight capacity and provide more opportunities for day trips.

The company noted that some existing bookings might be impacted by the changes, encouraging passengers to reach out to their customer care team for further assistance.

From April to September, DFDS now offers 59 dates for day trips to St. Malo, ensuring at least four hours for visitors to explore before returning to Jersey.

The first DFDS sailings from Jersey are scheduled to begin on Friday.
