Flights for a Channel Islands airline may be disrupted due to issues with two of its aircraft.
Blue Islands reported that its weekend flights to the Channel Islands were impacted after a bird strike damaged one plane's propeller, while another experienced an "unscheduled technical issue."
Although the propeller blade has since been replaced, the company warned that "a small number of flights" could still be affected this weekend.
Blue Islands assured that those impacted would be notified via email or text.
A spokesperson stated, "We are scheduled to operate nearly 100 flights this weekend. Our team is working tirelessly to restore full operational capability and minimise disruption."
