Waterfront Complex to Add 'Casual Eatery' and All-Day Restaurant

TWO new food and drink outlets are set to open at the Waterfront Horizon development.

Both units, located on the ground floor of the Jersey Development Company apartment complex, will be managed by Lily-Rose Fenn, daughter of Sarah Ransom, who operates the tea room at Ransoms Garden Centre.

One outlet, in Horizon East, will be a “relaxed, casual eatery” offering “family favourites” and “bakes and cakes” for dine-in or takeaway. The other, in Horizon West, will function as an all-day restaurant and bar featuring al-fresco dining.

Lee Henry, CEO of the JDC, said: “Lily-Rose’s close ties and family connections to a highly respected local hospitality business, combined with global influences, align perfectly with JDC’s vision of placemaking and creating sustainable communities.

“JDC aims to transform St Helier’s Waterfront into a vibrant and active destination where people can live, work, and play.”

Nearly all of the 280 Horizon apartments have been sold, and the Waterfront is now home to about 2,000 residents.
