A proposal has been submitted to construct 10 new stables at a farm in northwest Jersey.
Grosnez Farm has applied for approval to add a 764 sq m (8,223 sq ft) extension to its current livery site.
The proposed development includes 10 additional stables, a storage area for equipment and feed, bicycle storage, and an extension to the existing hardstanding.
Located in St Ouen, the farm houses Malzard Racing and Livery Stables, a racing yard known for its "friendly and happy people and horses."
The Planning and Building department will determine if the application will proceed, with the government's planning website indicating that the application is currently pending.
