New Duty-Free Shop Launches at Ferry Terminal

A new duty-free shop has opened in Jersey's Elizabeth Harbour Terminal, accessible to ferry passengers after passing through security.

Harbour master Captain Bill Sadler mentioned that this is one of several planned improvements aimed at enhancing the passenger experience.

Boatfayre, which has provided a duty-free service selling alcohol, beverages, tobacco, and locally-produced goods to passengers on visiting boats for 21 years, will operate the shop.

Capt. Sadler added, "The previous shop at the terminal closed during Covid, and we have been seeking an opportunity to reopen a similar service since then."
